TERMS OF USE

Welcome to DSL Electronics Inc. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with our warranty policy, privacy policy, and all other disclaimers outlined on the DSL Electronics Inc. website.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

All remanufactured diesel engine control modules (ECMs) are backed by a 1-year warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Before shipment, all ECMs are factory-tested to ensure they function 100% correctly. DSL Electronics Inc. reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges at its discretion.

For warranty eligibility, ECMs must be installed by a certified technician. Any incorrect installation, improper handling, or misdiagnosis will not be covered under the warranty. DSL Electronics Inc. assumes no liability for labor costs, vehicle rentals, towing expenses, or any additional costs associated with an ECM installation.

WARRANTY POLICY

If an ECM is determined to be defective or faulty by a certified technician after the original exchange or repair, a replacement or rebuild will be provided, whichever is faster and more efficient.

Before returning any ECM for warranty claims, customers must obtain prior approval from a DSL Electronics Inc.representative and include the original invoice with the return.

Warranty Void Conditions:

The warranty will be voided if the ECM failure is caused by:

• Electrical shorts, open circuits, or faulty wiring

• Incorrect installation by an uncertified technician

Certain ECMs may require on-vehicle programming or calibration for full functionality. The vehicle may not start or function correctly until proper programming has been performed. DSL Electronics Inc. is not responsible for programming or calibration costs.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
